After being ripped off by this store 3 times, I called the store and was told that I shouldn't order from taco bell any more. The young woman identified herself as Monica. She said she was the manager of this store. 1. I ordered a few weeks ago and after a 50.00 order received 1 5 layer burrito. 2. I did not receive the drinks I ordered. 3 time was 3-10-23 10:pm an 1.5 hours after ordering, food late and no drinks yet again. I called the store to complain and was told not to order again, while coworkers in the background were laughing and cheering the person who answered the phone. On the phone with door dash, who called the same store but they did not answer. It seems to me that taco bell in general is all to happy to hire subpar employees who are content on stealing from the consumer.
3 weeks later and corporate still has no response or corrections for this store. It seems to me that this store and corporate are content on ripping off customers. I wasn't expecting free food, just a correction on customer service and the expectancy of what is ordered by every customer and not an excuse as to why taco bell cannot produce an app that can get customers their correct order. Read moreWas asking basic questions about a menu item that the employee was over complicating then started to get a very bad attitude and just kept saying that they couldn't understand me making it seem like it was just a problem with the headset. Then when speaking with them at the window they told me that they were the manager would not provide me a first name nor would they provide me with any contact person's name at the store as well. This event took place at 12:30 p.m. on February 25th. Instead of deescalating if this person is the store manager or just trying to make things right, they wanted to sit there and argue with me. She was wearing glasses and had a terrible demeanor about her. Should definitely not be running. The drive-thru with that kind of attitude sounds very disgruntled like she doesn't want to be there. I get that it's not the best job, but if that's really the manager at this store then corporate needs to step in and reevaluate this person's behavior. Read moreNight manager was unprofessional and actually rude, Then dining area closes at 11 p.m. I got there at 5 minutes until 11 watched an employee's eat his dinner and other people walk around the back while I banged on the door and no one answered so I called them and after a couple minutes Jose or Juan what ever answer the phone and when I told him that I wanted to place an order but the door was locked before 11 and said I was hoping if not expecting him to take my order, ( and the only reason that it was so close to 11 when I got there late because I had tripped on the lovely sidewalk and cracked my phone). And that's a whole nother matter because if I had needed to file an incident reports I wouldn't have been able to without him opening the door, I'd like to say that I have written quite a few reviews on this Taco Bell in particular for being quite stellar and employees being very friendly but this guy knocked it out of the ballpark this evening in the wrong direction!
