!ALRET! NO TO VERY LITTLE OF PRACTICE OF COVID-19! NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO CLEANING EFFECTIVELY, AND GLASS DIRTY! I am pregnant and had a customer sat next to me, felt very uncomfortable. Other salons have managed to separate customers to be distant and always clean throughly after finishing service with customers.

I made sure to arrive early as possible to avoid traffic or rush hour, the place was busy but not packed. I have called ahead of time to ask for pricing for a manicure powder dip color. An older women with glasses nail technician helped me, she was nice. Everything is going okay, but I noticed she began to rush through the powder dipping, dipped my nails in uneven powder, very rushing through the process, I did not understand why? (I really wanted to ask her why she was rushing?!). The place was not packed and there were other nail technicians available too.... She rushed through my nails that miss some to clean my cuticles and clean the rest of the powder/glitter of my hands. She didn't even bother to fix the sides of my nails, just super sloppy rush work. I kept taking my time to look at my nail when she would finish with one hand and I guess my actions annoyed her because she asked me in a short tone "are you okay"? Like, I said yes, but at that point I was really upset and disappointed with the services and everything else I was seeing. She barely finished coating my nails and she already sat another customer down in another desk, didn't even bother to oil or lotion my hands after (to at least clean the powder and glitter off :(/) and still had the audacity to tell me "put oil on your cuticles" most manicures I have gotten usually oil or lotion towards the end of their work....but it seemed like she was desperate to jump next to the another customer she sat down.

This is barely my 2nd time attending this place, really highly disappointed with their procedure of Covid-19, and also with this super rush sloppy powder dip coloring (because it didn't even feel like a manicure experience). I like to always pay in cash and tip well, especially because I am aware business have been hurt due to Covid-19; such a disappointment, if your going to pay for a service at least take your time.... Ill attach pictures....

Honestly for 40 dollars I could buy the powder dip kits that are popular in social media sites and take my time to do my nails...

One of the worst experiences I ever had at any nail salon I went to table 10 the girl addressed me as hey you instead of saying hello she addressed me as hey you felt that was very rude she began to remove my acrylic off my nails and kept on telling me to relax and relax my hand relax relax my hand I told her I had arthritis and it was very hard to do that then she did two Nails I informed her also that I wanted my nails to be a little thicker and then she told me I should have somebody else do it when she removed my acrylic she moved all my acrylic and then told me in the middle of the fill she told me that this is considered a full set then as she was talking to her coworkers that were standing around looking at her doing my nails then she informed me that she wasn't talking about me in which I felt was very odd and rude it took me some time to find a place where I live I live in Mission Valley and I had trouble finding somewhere I liked I did like that place up until her she's the most unprofessional person I've ever had the pleasure touching my hands again I just couldn't wait to get out of there and for her to talk about me to her coworkers right in front of me speaking Vietnamese was very rude and unprofessional she's the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with it any nail salon ever I don't recommend this place at least not her the other experiences I had there two other times were good but with this one bad she...

Went here on Friday with my daughter. In the 20 years I have been getting my nails done, this is the worst place I've been to EVER. I had 6 nail techs ask me what I wanted. Nothing super fancy, just an acrylic removal and gel manicure. Each technician walked away without any explanation and didn't want the job. A ton of techs just goofing off in the back giving each other pedicures walking in and out of the side door and hanging out. It took 20 minutes and shifting me to two different stations before I was started on. My nail tech did not complete the manicure process, she used the cuticle oil to massage my hands instead of the lotion, my nails are various shapes and lengths and some nails are darker than others. NOT the place to go if you want good service and nice nails. To think we used the overall reviews to even go...
