Dishonest workers...

(Skinniest guy there , shorter but taller than the rest, a clear product of past substance use) I tell the guy before the coffee is made I do not chocolate, peanut butter or wassabi, (having regular conversations) he then proceeds to make my coffee with mocha ... His face knowingly guilty making a clear sound under his breath. The guy then proceeds to tell me he didn't make it with mocha just to make the sale . I know naturally everyone likes chocolate, but we could have come up with a better solution than lying just to sell the coffee that I ended up pouring onto the street . BE HONEST , ITS GOOD FOE BUSINESS. (Especially considering I did buy a "ceciliano" sandwich from them as well). HE KNEW HE COULD HAVE MADE IT AGAIN W OUT MOCHA ! I did come back after walking to get my car, I asked if it was okay to make me another coffee clearly unhappy as I left . They made me small cup of black coffee after LONG thinking if they should make it . They guy who made my coffee before hand hiding...

I did not have a good experience at Alimento. I went in for gelato. Right off the bat the employee working wasn't very friendly then I asked for a few samples since there were so many different flavors. She was super stingy with the samples and cut me off after two mico samples explaining that it's two samples per person, which I then responded with saying that I am not going to get anything then because I did not like the two flavors I tried... She lost business by being stingy and rude. I'm usually not even picky but this gelato wasn't good and I was truly just trying to find something I liked. The gelato had a weird texture and the flavors did not taste like their description. Hence why I wanted to try a couple other flavors. Overall the gelato wasn't good, it was overpriced and served...

We spent $35 on here tonight 12/23/2018 @ 9pm, when I was getting 6 pieces of napkins for my kids to use, the bald head guy was giving me a dirty look why am I taking so many napkins, even when we asked for two extra spoons for my kids to use, he again gave us the attitude.

Are you kidding me!! How much does it cost you for handling out 6 napkins to customers? How much does it cost you to hand out two extra spoons to customer who just spent $35 at your store??

If you are so cheap and not willing to give out these two items, you should not even be in business.

No matter how good your Gelato taste, I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO...
