I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I actually love this place and have been here 5-7 times since my first time around 2 months ago. The staff are nice, albeit a little aloof. (Not in a bad way, it's a job. A lot of them are teens. I'd also be a little spaced out if I were them.) They are really accommodating. I dislike tea so I get a lot of brown sugar fresh milk, and even though they don't have it on the menu, they have made it for me multiple times. They even let me get the creme brulee milk tea without the tea for no extra charge, which some places refuse to do. On to the actual drinks: I've had the brown sugar boba with milk, the creme brulee with milk and boba, and the lychee yakult. I liked all three. The boba is chewy and the creme brulee foam is tasty. They use big cups (think large tea hut/little sweet) for CHEAPPP. They have a bogo promotion right now, so getting 2 creme brulee milk teas with boba is $10.

Read moreI had really high hopes when I came here and I was disappointed.I would give this place a 2.5 starts. There were 2 girls in the place and they were kind of rude. One of them was using her phone all the time that I was there. After I ordered one of them was doing everything. I ordered soufflé pancakes and it was supposed to take 12-15 minutes but i waited for at least 25 minutes! in addition the girl that was making my pancakes wasn't wearing gloves(that was the same girl in the cash register). Finally, I got the pancake and it was completely overcooked. With the cream on top, you wouldn't notice and it looked beautiful but I wanted to taste the correct way. It wasn't horrible but I didn't get what I paid for. I don't know if the place and service is like this all the time or if I was lucky but I will be coming back because I want to...
Read moreI'm giving it 3 starts for now because I really find their menu confusing. They have a very large selection and it was after I ordered that I went back to look at the menu and it made a bit more sense. First you decide do you want a milk tea, yogurt drink, snow drink., etc. Then you decide on the flavor (mango, lyche, peach...there's a gazillion favors) and then you add toppings. They're not really toppings since everything sinks to the bottom but you have the standard choices of boba, pudding, lyche jelly... If there's no one at the register there's a little bell you ring. This is a cash only establishment. I got the almond milk tea with pudding. The tea was flavorful. My daughter got the mango yogurt, ...
