Such a yummy Korean spot in the Sunset! This places offers a variety of Korean food. From soups/stews, to bibimbaps, to delicious appetizers like the one we got which is their signature House wings!
They have new menu items that they just dropped which is the Matcha makgeoli, buldak omelette, tofu salad, and the watermelon hwachae. All perfect for this summer!
This is what we ordered: Buldak Omelette - This was such a cheesy goodness omg it was so good! They added the buldak ramyeon into an omelette and then added a bunch of cheese on top! I love that the cheese and egg slightly cuts the spicyness from the ramyeon~ Matcha Makgeoli with honeycomb - What a fun way to drink makgeoli! I’m actually not someone who drinks alcohol but them adding matcha and honeycomb was just so intriguing! They cut up a slice of honey comb in front of you and add it to your cup, after mixing everything together you get that taste of rice wine & sweetness. Army Stew - Simple and delicious stew, full of ramyeon, spam, hot dog, tofu and cabbage. I got the mild and that was just right for me. Beef Bibimbap - This is perfect for two people to share if you’re ordering other items. This came out hot and sizzling. Mixing it all together was so beautiful to watch 😍😂 The crew house garlic wings - We chose the garlic flavor. I love that their wings were flavorful but the garlic flavor wasn’t overpowering. It was slightly sticky as well from the sauce being glazed...
Read moreBookedmark this place and was excited to try. Late night open spot hidden gem in Sunset area. Own by Korean and Kitchen and Halls also runs by mostly Korean staff which is impressive. On a Sunday the wait was about 45 mins. I did showed up during busy dinner time which was around 7pm. I was willing to wait since over the weekends pretty much all restaurants are busy anyways. Restaurant atmosphere was very romantic and dimmed light with crystal chandeliers which I loved their clean and modern look. Okay, lets talk about their food. Rose tteokbokki - Very creamy but not overwelming compares to other korean pocha. Kalbi - Very tasty. Lots of pieces. You have a choice of Full or Half order. Bulgogi - Very Juicy and marinated well. Seafood and Kimchi Pancake. The biggest pancake I ever seen. Lots of ingredients, they do put lots of seafood. Very crispy. You can also request to be extra crispy. House Wings - Garlic and Sweet and Spicy was amazingly good. BudaeJJige - Again, Non like other places it was super flavorful where we can taste full flavors. Friendly Staff. I love how they have a fire show with beef intestines and Eggbomb - kimchi fried rice. Drink selections are pretty wide here. Honeycomb Makgeolli only serving at this location out of entire SF and Bayarea even including LA and NY probably. Anyways, Cant wait...
Read moreI have came here for weekday early dinner with my cousin and brother. Lots of yummy food for the price. I don’t think their price is high, it’s pretty standard to authentic Korean food made by Korean Chef (which this is very rare) We ordered family style so we can share. We ordered: Kalbi Jjim with Cheese and Kotsal (bbq) DEEELICIOUSNESS!!!! Highly recommend!!! So fresh and huge portion. Seafood pancakes (I took them home and they're better the next day! I reheated by crisping it up panfrying). Super crispy and literally so much seafood. I haven’t seen any seafood pancake like this one. Must have. Kalbi I mean their sauce is just perfect. Their meat quality has gone up I am so happy to see their portion and quality is even better than last time I came. Complimentary to our orders: Lots of complimentary small side dishes, and Yelp check in gets little Korean appetizer snack. I was stuffed and happy I got to bring home leftover pancakes and meats. Customer Service is kind and attentive: Lovely attentive lady with a kind smile serving us. Filled us extra side dishes back and forth. In fact lovely people that work there all smiled and said goodbye to us as we left ( Street parking is easy or meter parking available...
