CHOPSTICKS CHINESE FAST FOOD — Restaurant in San Francisco

This is a twofold because the food is excellent. But the owner is the most rudest person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. He literally walked me to the door and told me he was closed but he had customers in there I've seen him do it to other people he'll yell at them and tell them we're close we're close we're closed when they're not even close the door still open they don't have a sign up that says they're closed people are still inside eating. If it wasn't for the food I wouldn't even go back to this place this man he has no customer service...

Food and prices are good but the customer service isn't.. owner is moody and won't give you extra chili oil if you order a dish that's already spicy.. also one time I ordered to go and still planned to eat a little at restaurant and take the rest home since I was hungry but didn't have a lotot of time and he got mad and said to go plates were too expensive to just finish at restaurant. He's generally just angry and don't see him wash hands after...

Great food, good price, made fresh when you order it. Don’t recommend eating in because it gets really smokey when they are cooking. There is always other people in there when I go in so expect to wait a while. Don’t expect some fancy place or a bubbly personality at the counter but your food will always be good. You can tell this place is old school to the neighborhood! 5 stars. These folks work hard. The BBQ Pork is super good too!...
