I visited Kaiser Permanente on Divisadero, I was hungry and the building has a cafe on site. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at the food items, the menu looked very familiar to the one Breakfast Little restaurant on 22 nd street in San Francisco. Emmita’s is the best. Their mission location Breakfast Little is incredible and Emmitas is the same. I’ve tried all the burritos and the breakfast sandwich and they are all amazing.
