North Beach Pizza — Restaurant in San Francisco

We were staying nearby with our teen grandkids and decided to try North Beach Pizza through Uber Eats. The entire order was delivered right to our hotel lobby piping hot and incredibly fresh, which set the tone for a great dinner together.

I ordered the Delores Pizza (small), topped with creamy garlic sauce, ricotta, arugula, bacon, and a drizzle of hot honey. The combination was unique and absolutely delicious—the balance of savory bacon with the slight sweetness of the honey really stood out. The “small” was so generous I could barely eat half!

My wife chose the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, which came with garlic bread. She felt the pasta leaned a little too dry for her taste, but still enjoyed the garlicky flavor.

Our grandkids went for a small cheese pizza and the Spaghetti & Meatballs. Both were big hits—the cheese pizza was extra cheesy and satisfying, and the meatballs were tender, hearty, and really well-prepared. Each pasta dish also included garlic bread, which made for a nice touch.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable meal for all of us. The large portions, great pizza, and fresh, hot delivery made it an easy win for dinner. We’d definitely order from North Beach Pizza again the next time we’re in...

Went for a slice of pizza, looked and smelled good. Guy at counter on phone, waited 5 minutes while he talked about soda with somebody. I waited a minute a few minutes no eye contact no concern that i was the only customer at lunch time. He intentionally ignored me from the moment i walked in after 5 minutes i tried to interrupt his not so important telephone call and ask for a slice of pizza which was within his reach and would have tooken him 30 seconds to help me. I only got a pizza here so I can't judge the rest of the menu. Pizzas are good, but you should know that if you are looking for a thin crust pizza, like a napolitain style or a new york style pizza, you should keep walking. Here the pizza have a thick, bread like crust, and a comforting amount of cheese! I kind of enjoyed it but it's definitely on the heavy side of the pizza world.
