Our evening at Pearl 6101 was nothing short of spectacular, thanks in large part to our wonderful server, Rachel. Her expert recommendations guided us through an unforgettable culinary journey that left us absolutely delighted.
From the moment we walked in, it was evident that we were in for a treat. Rachel's personalized suggestions elevated our dining experience to a whole new level. We placed our trust in her recommendations, and boy, were we rewarded!
Every dish that graced our table was a masterpiece of flavors, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients crafted into culinary perfection. The shishito peppers provided a tantalizing start, setting the tone for what was to come.
The halibut crudo was a revelation, a symphony of delicate flavors that danced on our palates. The steak tartare was a delightful surprise, bursting with savory goodness that left us craving for more.
The scallops over fresh corn were a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, a true testament to the chef's skill. The white bolognese handkerchief pasta was a dream in every bite, and the ricotta cavatelli with lamb and corn was a comforting embrace of flavors.
But it didn't stop there – the sea bass was a crescendo of taste, a grand finale that left us in awe. Each dish was a masterpiece in itself.
To complement these exquisite creations, the cocktails were nothing short of perfection, adding a delightful twist to our gastronomic adventure.
Our group of friends unanimously agreed that every single item we devoured was a triumph. The dedication to freshness, balance, and quality was evident in every bite, leaving us with memories we'll treasure.
A heartfelt thank you to Rachel for her impeccable service and recommendations that made our evening truly memorable. Pearl 6101 has earned its place in our hearts as a culinary gem, and we can't wait to return for more exceptional experiences.

Read moreCame for my birthday dinner for 4 and had a terribly unprofessional and passive aggressive team member named Bela care for the table. She looked annoyed with every interaction although we did not ask for anything out of the ordinary during the dinner service. It left a bitter taste for a dinner on a special occasion. We had asked if it was possible to split the check and were told that she had to manually input the card numbers implying that was too much work for her. Of course, I understood that and decided to put it on one card but she was so unprofessional with her response. I always tip 20% but it was not deserved for this encounter. Moreover, I had agreed for a $5 per person cakeage fee as discussed beforehand with the team. They stated that they would take care of the cake and pack it for us afterwards. I had asked for some containers to separate the cake into smaller portions. When the time came, we were pettily given the smallest size of takeout containers after Bela said that they couldn't fit the rest of the cake in any of the boxes at the restaurant. I had to even go up to a different team member for a reasonably sized box and takeout bag since Bela couldn't be bothered to come by to see if things were okay. We were so uncomfortable with every interaction with her even though we were polite and said thank you and that we appreciated her effort. Absolutely a disappointment and I couldn't ever recommend coming here after this. I didn't want to dampen my birthday but I would have absolutely brought it up to management right then and there because this was unacceptable service...
Read moreWe visited a couple days ago and our experience at Pearl 6101 was disappointing. We had a reservation for 9pm, but when we arrived at 8:45pm, staff informed us that our table would not be ready for 9pm. We waited for well over half an hour and had to ask multiple times when our table would be ready. Our table was "ready" at around 9:20pm after servers asked another party of 2 to vacate their table and relocate to their roadside seating area. As it was getting late and past their opening hours, we asked if it would be alright to still be dining past close and whether they would rush us out. We were assured that wouldn't be the case, and that their opening hours were merely "suggested" hours.
As anticipated, our food arrived fairly quickly. However, 3 out of 4 entrées were cold. We had ordered rigatoni, scallops, trout, and bavette steak. Only the trout arrived at an acceptable serving temperature. The servers frequented our table asking if we wanted to order more drinks but we were not interested. The servers brought the check over to our table at around 10pm, less than half an hour after we started eating. We were assured that we wouldn't be rushed, but in the end we were essentially rushed out when they brought over the check. In the end, Pearl 6101 comp'd one cocktail (which we had ordered while we were waiting for our table) and gave us one small bowl of olives on the house as a goodwill gesture.
There is much more to be desired from Pearl 6101, both service wise and food quality wise. We are unlikely to return and would not recommend our friends eat at Pearl 6101 based on...
