Went in for lunch on a Friday around 11:45. Had initially walked over to The Bird, but the line was way too long for my liking. This place had a much smaller line and it moved fairly quickly. It's definitely pricier than the bird, with most fried chicken sandwiches in the $11 - $14 range.
I got the buffalo fried chicken sandwich to go. It came out in about a minute or two. I was super surprised by the speed.
The sandwich itself was really good. The piece of chicken was large, and tender. Wish they had some spicy -er version of the sandwich though. The buffalo is their "spicy" option.

The theme of this restaurant might as well be "soggy". I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the sweet potato fries. Both came out as if they'd been sitting in a steamer for an hour. Soggy.
At this point I'm used to the sticker shock in SF. But it was $20 for the mediocre sandwich and fries. You'd be better served going to the blue-tented bahn mi stand in front of Split (on Mission), where you can get a delicious and well portioned sandwich for $5. Yes that's right, $5.
