very bad customer service! I don’t recommend anyone to come to this store. I was at this store twice and both of this time I left the store really disappointed. first time: girl was taking my order and when I asked her repeat what she said she sighed heavily, rolled her eyes and her tone was like I was annoying her asking same question thousand times. second time: I placed order online and came to the store to pick it up. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 hot breakfasts. one of the breakfasts’ bags was opened in both sides that is why my food fell down to the floor. I asked barista to change it and she didn’t even look at me and didn’t apologize, she just took my order and went back. and second food order was wrong. I ordered “Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg white sandwich”, but I got “Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on ciabatta”. coffee cups were really dirty. I don’t understand why people work there if they don’t like what they do. I like Starbucks but store at this place the worst one and I will never be...

Barista Matthew with the outstanding exceptional customer service. As I approached register I couldn’t find my order for pick up on the Starbucks app so I asked Matthew to assist me in locating it. As he did, he noticed that the order was actually placed at another location nearby without hesitation he assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue and that he was already taking down the ingredients for my specialized drink to make in store at that location. With a friendly smile he said it’ll be a few moments until my drink will be ready and prepared. He could’ve sent me to the other store to retrieve the drink but Matthew rose above and beyond to ensure it wouldn’t be a problem and that he would be glad to fulfill the order! This is the best Starbucks in San Francisco.

I love coming to this Starbucks in the morning to work on my laptop because it gets amazing natural light. Even better than the location, however, is the service.

The staff members are incredible. I've been coming mutiple times a week for a few months. Within my first three visits, one of the baristas named Amelie remembered my unique name. Sukhi, another barista, always greets me with a smile and friendly conversation. Not to mention Miranda, the store manager. She takes care of business. I've seen her make coffee, mop up spills, clean up broken glass, and de-escalate conflict with difficult customers. Just today, I looked out the window and she was outside cleaning windows with an extension pole and a squeegee.

The prime location plus the positive team members makes this Starbucks the best...
