First of all, the good stuff... My first order through Yelp and their app partner, Eat24. Easy order process. The order came quickly, and the pineapple fried rice was good.
Unfortunately, the rest of the review isn't as favorable. We ordered string been with chicken while we indicated mild spice, the restaurant completely ignored our request. If we ordered an item in a restaurant and the wait staff thought we might be disappointed in the result (i.e. ordering a spicy item and then asking for it not to be spicy), they'd gently suggest we might want to try something else!
NO... that's not what happened.
Instead, their manager insinuates that we are an idiot for ordering something that is supposedly spicy and then telling them not to make it spicy. Well, this "idiot" won't be ordering anything from them anymore. And the restaurant's manager isn't doing them any favors by treating their customers the way he does...
Then I get a call from the Eat24 guy telling me that since I complained, they are blocking / black listing me from this restaurant and their...
Read moreTried this place out because my usual thai place is closed on Tuesdays. I ordered the pineapple fried rice with chicken and prawns to go. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a restaurant for serving up such food. I payed $17 and change for rice with a bit of canned pineapple and bits of chicken, not a prawn in sight. I had no choice but to dig in since it was my lunch for the day but it didnt even taste good. Honestly it almost felt like I was having someone else's leftover rice. My usual thai spot uses big fresh chunks of pineapple and large shrimp, raisins ...they even decorate the top of the rice with a couple slices of cucumber and couple sprigs of cilantro and what not AND its only $15. NOT HERE! Cant even call it mediocre. Needless to say I will not...

i had the tom yum soup with shrimp: amazing. it puts to shame a lot of its competitors by using actual straw mushrooms (none of those uncooked white buttons here), a plentiful portion of shrimp, and includes fresh tomato slices! Topped with a bit of cilantro, it left me craving more even after I was done (and full). I can't wait to come back and try their curries and specialty dishes!
service was top-notch: the waiter was extremely nice, extremely savvy to how his establishment operated, and...
