I came in for taco Tuesday $2.50 for all regular tacos. I chose carne asada, grilled chicken, pork chile verde, and birria. We also ordered a boiling Cajun shrimp.

Chips were complimentary, it was topped with cheese and some mole sauce. Mole sauce was very interesting, you can taste hints of chilies in them and a slight bitterness. (I think from the chocolate in the sauce?).

The taco portion sizes were really good. I was full off the 4 tacos I ordered. It had a lot of protein and comes with two tortillas per taco. I ended up splitting my tacos making 8 tacos haha. Overall the meat flavor was pretty standard. But for the price, the tacos are very good value. ($2.50 for taco Tuesday). (7 out of 10 overall flavor to value).

The boiling Cajun shrimp was on the salty side. Not too much Cajun flavor. The shrimp was cooked nicely....

We chose this place due to the 5/5 rating and as other reviews have mentioned the service was AMAZING! It was so refreshing to have such attentive and friendly service. The owner served us, and he was fantastic—super accommodating, nice, and even funny, which made the experience more enjoyable.

As for the food, we ordered chicken enchiladas, a wet chicken quesadilla, a wet birria burrito, and tacos. The dishes were good overall, and I really appreciated the authenticity of the flavors and presentation. However, I felt the red sauce lacked flavor—it could use a bit more seasoning or spice to match the quality of the rest of the food.

I also loved the colorful and vibrant environment—it added to the authentic vibe! That said, the music was way too loud, which made it a bit hard to relax and enjoy...

The food was satisfactory, though it didn’t quite exceed expectations. I ordered three asada tacos, which were nicely presented, but they didn’t offer any particularly memorable flavors. I noticed that the order didn’t include any sides, and there were no salsas available on the table.

As for the service, there was some room for improvement. When I inquired about the best meat option for the tacos, the waitress was unsure and needed to check with the kitchen. It would have been great if she could share her personal recommendations.

Additionally, I observed that the restaurant only serves "agave" as their hard alcohol option, so if you're looking for a traditional margarita, this might not be the place. On a positive note, they do add a lovely touch by garnishing every drink and dish...

Service was excellent! We made a reservation for 6 since we didn't know if it would be busy before a concert at the SAP center. We were received warmly and the (I'm assuming) owner kept checking on us and kept cracking jokes with us. It was a great time! I forgot to take a photo of the food but everything was more than good and the portions were big! They started us off with some chips drizzled with mole and queso fresco, which was delicious! I wasn't too sure about the mixed drinks at first since they are made with (I think it's called) Agave Wine but they were so good! The drinks are also huge and even though we didn't get any, the selection of aguas frescas looked great 👍🏽
