Read moreWe have been waiting to try this place to see of the food matched the hype. We ordered a super giant quesabirria taco, beef empanadas, and Birria fries. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. There is a seating area. However, it's not the cleanest. The tables and chairs are old and dirty. On the brighter side, there is a portable sink located in the parked food truck where you can wash your hands. We got our food, and the beef empanada had a hard-boiled egg, mixed w beef puree? IDK. I didn't like it so I gave it to my boyfriend to eat. He said nuh-uh. The Birria fries were old, dry, and burned like they had been sitting for a while waiting to be used. The Birria was ok. There were some parts that had too much salt. I didn't finish the Birria fries. The super giant quesabirria was that GIANT. The masa was not fully cooked. The birria was a little tastier than in the fries. The consome was too watery and didn't have much flavor. I've had better tasting quesabirria and consome. This place is over-rated...
Read moreFood is good but since it was busy the food quality did not compare to other times we went when it was not busy but the customer service needs to be worked on in my opinon. One person was taking orders, serving drinks and handing out food. And one of the cooks was making food, itching himself, hitting a vape, and looking at his phone, and handing orders out with the same gloves on during our time there, luckily he did not prepare or handout our food. I was in line for over an hour in the rain and the wait time for the food was approx. 45mins-1 hour for 5 Quesabirria tacos so overall 2 hours total. If it looks busy, your best bet is to find somewhere else to eat! People were walking out of line and leaving to eat elsewhere while I was waiting. Please be mindful and don’t waste your time while...
