Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in San Jose

So everytime I want sweet mustard they give me a difficult time. I want the large tub of sweet mustard. They offer it for $1.25 cents. The manager is stingy with the sauces. He now charges 25cents for a 0.2 ounce tub. In fact they don't even fill it half way. That's how cheap they are. I always have to demand them to fill the tubs up to make my money worth it. I asked for a big tub $1.25 of sweet mustard the other day and the girl was like we don't do that. Been going here for 2 years. They have it. She said I'll give you an extra one for free Thai time. No. I told her they have the big tub and impay $1.25 every time for it. I walked away. Because I didn't want to argue or make a scene. I never make a scene. I just try my best to be calm and ask politely for another one. But they never charge for this. This is a big turn off for me. The burgers are great but I am a big honey mustard person. And their sweet mustard is a honey mustard type sauce. I wonder if I have to start bringing my own container I honey mustard going forward since the are incredibly cheap about it yet they charge for their burgers and $3.50 for a soda. Unfortunately the manager does not allow people to buy bottles of the sweet mustard and he won't tell anybody what brand it is either. I have tried looking it up online. Never order online! I ordered online for in-store pick up. When I got home, my order was completely wrong and cold! I paid for extra items that I didn't receive and ordered items with certain things taken off. To top it off everything was cold. I called the store to try and get a refund and an operator told me to go to the website to make a complaint. I expressed that I wanted a refund for wasting my time, money and gas. What they offered was Habit coupons. I wrote back to express that I did not want coupons and asked for a refund again. They wrote back saying a supervisor would respond but I never received a response or refund and it's been over a month. They took my money for an order that was completely wrong and cold. It's wrong when a multimillion dollar company can't complete a refund to make things right. Oh man. I absolutely love the burgers here but my problem is with their service. I dont even solely blame this location BUT unfortunately I can't seem to get any answers. I ordered through their website and when our delivery got here we were missing 3 milkshakes. I called and got a general info line which they kept pushing me person to person via email and all they wanted to offer me was "char bucks". They directed me to doordash who is their 3rd party delivery service (but when ordering direct from their website its not a doordash issue).Why am I going to eat at a place that I can't trust to offer me a simple monetary reimbursement?! Mistakes happen and I expect them which is why - if they can't easily fix a mistake they are not the place for me.
