Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Jose

NO PARKING. NO DRIVE THRU. NO 24 HRS SERVICE. Parking is for friends and employees only. That's what I Saw. I was a regular there. Not anymore.This happened on Feb 3, 2024 about 6. 30 pm I was a regular client. Till today. The employee won't let me use the restroom. Why employees think that customers are stupid!!? This employee let 3 females customers at same to use the restroom. Then another female she didn't even bought anything. Then he let a guy to use the restroom. But when I asked him if I can use the restroom. His reply was WE DON'T HAVE ONE!! I told him. I just spent money here. He replied. Yeah but it's leaking. So he let 5 people in the restroom. But when I asked him to let me use the restroom. He tells me we don't have one!!? When I was sitting steps from the restroom. Even though he knows I just spent $14. I wonder what was his problem. But for sure I will spend my money next...

Workers look depressed and unhappy to serve but the opposite amongst themselves; food gave me diarrhea; has a humid like feel in the air; soda machine was packed on with dirt. I said I forgot to mention no onions the manager just asked me to pick them out I said I didn't want to touch them or have the residue of it on my food in a polite manner she spoke of the foreign language to her co worker in the kitchen after exchanging words they never translated it in the English language back to me and pushed my food back towards me on the counter. I asked her so this sandwich comes without onions and she just said yeah and turned her back towards me to tend to other business....

This place was really disgusting. I was kind of embarrassed for Jack. As soon as you hit the property, you smell a foul odor. Once you enter the establishment, the smell gets worse. When asking the team on duty what the awful smell is, they act as though they are unaware of it. The inside of the restaurant is really filthy upon entering as well. It was early morning when I went in and wasn't busy, so I was puzzled at the fact that it was extremely filthy with team members on the clock. Needless to say, even though the food wasnt for me, I didn't order. I couldn't bear ordering that for my friend. Would definitely not return or...
