Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

Is it possible to give negative stars? I can't put into words just how badly this place ruined our night. I was in charge of feeding 54 high school boys after a football game. I called the day before to order the pizzas. I should have known there might be a problem when the girl taking my order said I should place the order the day of the event, "in case the order gets lost." The other mom I was doing the meals with called Friday at 4pm to place the order. 54 large pizzas. Nice size order wouldn't you think? We planned on picking up the order at 8:30 pm. They said not a problem. She wanted to pay over the phone. They said, no, pay when you pick up. We thought that was weird. Why would you start making 54 pizzas without the assurance that the person would be there to pick up the order? Nevertheless, we thought all was fine. We get there at 8:30pm and say we are here for the 54 pizzas. They looked at each other, and just went, ohhh...did you do it? No, did you do it? We had maybe an hour tops to figure something out. These are big junior and senior high school football players. THAT WE FEED A MEAL TO! We saw Taco Bell across the street, and we run there, and thankfully, they were able to help us. I placed my order for two crazy breads around 7:45 and they said pickup time will be 8:30 and that was fine. When I arrived at the location was very crowded inside the store many people were waiting for their order inside and outside. When I track my order I found that my food and not even been put into the oven yet. I waited the location for well over an hour before I was finally given my food. I feel bad for the staff because they seem to be overwhelmed and they needed more help. Eyewitness many people get their money back and as well as many delivery people get completely frustrated as they waited for the orders. Which they need make money. I can't be mad at anyone but I would like to say that the general manager or area director should have been in this location helping these people because they were definitely swamped and it's not fair to them the higher-ups make all the money and they got to do...

Avoid this location if you're not willing to wait way longer than what you were told or if you're a food delivery driver. I ordered through their app and the pick-up time was 7:44-7:49 pm. I was there on time and was waiting for the email. While I had to go in and ask several times for my order. I don't mind if it's going to be another 15-30mins wait but 1hour 30mins is just too much. When I got my food it was 9:20 pm. There were at least 7 people including several delivery drivers were waiting in the store for their orders which exceed much longer than their wait time. The male cashier doesn't seem to know anything. He off at 9 pm and the female manager took over and everyone started to ask for their orders, TA-DAAA she brought out all those orders from the bottom of the pizza holding machine for the other people except for me.
