Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

It's Saturday night, approx 8pm, i witnessed one young man and woman, hold down this entire establishment alone like soldiers would! I didn't see much meat in tacos, and found one missing when I got home, but i didn't mind not one bit. There were about 4-5 unhoused people inside trying to stay warm/dry add about 8 randomd, imcluded ma and my guest. We shared $5 with one of them that asked for help. The wait was long because it was ONLY TWO people working the drive-thru and inside patrons. And still managed AMAZING customer service with the stress of being under-staffed. That young man and young woman should be AWARDED for their loyalty and dependability and professionalism. On the way out, I had the audacity to ask the young lady for an extra bag, for the many items I purchased, then with frustration she asked me to repeat my question? She took a deep breath, put on a smile and gave me my bag. I'm sure she has NO IDEA how much she inspired me enough to go home and praise her and him. I hope their families appreciate 🙏 what they go thru daily on...

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Taco Bell. I was responsible for feeding 54 very large high school football players after their game Friday night. I had ordered ahead of time to Little Caesars across the street...54 large pizzas. We were to pick up the pizzas at 8:30pm. The other mom and I get there, and they never made our order. We had maybe an hour, tops, to figure out what to do. We saw Taco Bell across the street and ran over. The staff was able to fix us up with 18 party packs. They were more concerned with making sure they charged us fairly for the volume discount. Called one of the managers for assistance, he spoke to me, etc...At this point, we didn't care about the cost as much as we did about getting the food to the bus on time. We made it with the food...The boys were thrilled...And, this staff working Friday, October 28th at night, were lifesavers. I can't thank...

This place SLAPS. Best Taco Bell I've been to in the San Jose area, and I've been to A LOT. I've got taco bell sauce packets in my car as a snack. I get taco bell gift cards for every holiday and birthday. I almost exclusively go to Taco Bell for fast food and this one is the top-tier of Taco Bells. When I evaluate, I look for 3 things: portions, taste, and service. This place has perfect portions. A little extra filling which is always appreciated, but not too much to spill over your lap. Taste is excellent. Service is outstanding. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast service. If I'm ever in the Santana row area I'll go to this Taco Bell exclusively.
