McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

Wow! Today is 3/20/19 11:33pm there is a guy passing the orders on the 2nd window, I order a latte 20 pieces of nuggets I had my cup of my coffee from the morning I asked this guy can you please take this cup can you put it into the trash and he refused to take the cup and throw it to the trash this is the second time, I ask him kindly can you please take this cup of my coffee from the morning he said no to politely "no we do not take your trash" I ask him this is from this McDonald's he said "I don't care" this is the second time he does that! And I am thinking to never come back to do business here all my family comes here, if you guys do not fix this guys attitude I will tell all my family and friends to don't go there no more... I will go again and ask if they can take the cup of coffe from the morning, that is gonna be the last chance!!! I know about business, how to treat customers and believe me you have to bring capture customers, taking a cup it has to be not big deal for you guys, but it is a big deal for customers! If you guys do not want to work at McDonald's you better quit!!! And you manager or supervisor do your job!... I will be checking around...

12/27 10:00PM, As I arrived to the window to pay for my order, I was not greeted nor acknowledged. The cashier did not confirm my order. I was given incorrect drink (sweet tea), I requested unsweet tea. I had to return to McDonald's after I had already arrived home. I talked to a manager named, Karina. She was rude and condescending, did not sympathize, just kept saying "okay." I requested to get my drink redone, which they did, but the crew member gave the wrong drink once again with ice and sweet! I don't consume sugar! The food quality was horrible, the buns were hard and meat not fresh. I requested a refund and left with cold food and wrong drink once again. They get your orders wrong at least around this time (at night). ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Even if they say everything is in the bag, check! Also there is a health concern with cold drinks! they dip cups into the ice chess! Cross contamination much? In the morning, when a different crew is working, food is hot, ready, and pretty accurate. I left disgusted today! I will not be...

This location is an utter and complete disaster. The franchisee owner of this particular restaurant either does not know or does not care about the service and quality of food that’s sold to their customers. This Mc Donald’s tarnishes the Golden Arches, and is a shameful waste of space in San Jose’s fast food empire. The food is CONSISTENTLY disgusting. Cold items that should be hot, unseasoned items, burnt food, over cooked and over fried food, and a restaurant manager that speaks so little English, that she could not effectively communicate with me to share information about the store. I admire anyone who speaks English as a second language, and applaud anyone that has ever worked in fast food, but you have to be able to effectively communicate with your guests to run a restaurant of any kind. Fast service, but gross food, and horrible interactions with employees. The girl at the drive through today even used profanity while charging us for our food. I honestly don’t know what to say other than, DO NOT WASTE...
