It's always a pleasure to make a visit Starbucks on the Alameda in Dan Jose California. The staff are always professional kind pleasant respectable and prepare my beverages always the way I like it and the cafe is always clean. I live near the cafe They call me Ms. D. I'm a senior citizens. I like sharing my experience and knowledge and talking to the young people at Starbucks. They are all so kind to me. I embrace them all ❤. Line can get a little long, but they are a big store with great staff that power through and keep the line moving. Great Americana's, Mocha's, Mocha Frappacino's and more. Love the indoor seating or when it's not hot their outdoor seating is always enjoyable. Food offerings has greatly improved in recent years, nice to stop for breakfast and get something to eat with your coffee. Starbucks is Starbucks and like McDonalds pretty much a uniform, high quality experience across the board. Parking is a bit tight at times, but otherwise this is a great location. It helps that there's a Subway next door to get lunch with your coffee when you need to crank your blood sugar up to power through your day. I went in this morning to order coffee and I didn’t get acknowledged by any of the staff while I was in the front of the line for a few moments. While waiting for my coffee I noticed the employees would call people by their name to get their coffee. I try to avoid touching any of the coffee orders in case they belong to a mobile order. I wait for the staff to announce my coffee order or name before getting my coffee from the pick up counter. The staff placed my order on the counter and didn’t announce that it so I knew it was for me. They saw me waiting for a while and I assumed they might have been making mobile orders this whole time.
