Great sushi, terrible service. I've been here a few times because I genuinely like their sushi so much – they have an ample variety, generous portions, very nice plate presentation, and everything is prepared at the moment. It seems like they're understaffed, so the service is very slow and the waiters are the type to forget that you've ordered a glass of water (twice) so you'll have to remind them yet again before they actually bring it. Last time I called for a pick-up order, they said food would be ready in 45mins. I arrived 45mins later and food wasn't nearly ready. Waited another 20mins and it still wasn't ready. I understad that these things may happen sometimes, but the staff was not helpful at all, didn't apologize or offer a discount for the wait, and made it very hard for me to get a refund when I decided to cancel my order (I had paid in advance). It's a shame because the quality of their food is great but I won't be returning due to their poor service. You can get high-quality sushi elsewhere at other places in San Juan. BEST PLACE! I can't decide if I rather eat the sushi sandwich or sushi pizza. Thank you so much for all the meals! I'm obsessed with this place. Attached, all the meals I've photographed here. The staff is amazing! My friend also will like to add that the noodles are really good, so good, that he was the one to recommend to come eat here. I always order the sake hot, even if it's a strange flavor for me. I enjoy it, but I'm not sure if I like it... I love it jajaja for the esperience. Very disappointed ☹️ !!! My family and I got fresh salmon that look more like grey salmon !!! Hot and sour soup that look more like egg drop soup 🤢 Sushi was not fresh at all, n the shrimp fried rice that had no texture or flavor.
