The manger was just very very rude and I don’t appreciate it. Since I’ve been on vacation I’ve been coming here to get iced caramel macchiato’s and the baristas have been great, today I ordered a hot one and for some reason it seemed extra sweet so the bartender made it over for me but it still was off a little bit so I just went ahead and asked for a refund because I didn’t want a cold one today. The manager came from the back did the refund gave me cash I said it can go back on my Starbucks card his response was after a lot of time passes it has to be cash I said it’s only been two minutes. And then I was confused about if the transaction was done or not because after he gave me the money I was just standing there to see if I had to sign anything or not but he just walked out. We popped in to this location as it is next to our hotel. Service was slow and unfriendly. The employee was not mean but he was short and matter of fact in his responses. He gave almost no eye contact. We asked for 4 separate items and his response was, No, or, No sold out, to each. The customer before us was also told the same. Out of the 8 sandwiches that the lady was choosing from, only 3 were available. I was looking for sweet items. The donut, all croissants, and all breads were out. This was at 1030am mind you. I gave up on the idea of ordering a drink due to his demeanor. We walked out. Now maybe this worker was having a rough time dealing with his stores poor planning or bad customers. I'm not sure.    Read moreHorrible. I can’t even begin describing this unpleasant encounter. the cashier was very nice however the barista was absolutely atrocious. I ordered a COFFEE FRAPP and first of all: the barista was extremely slow and you could tell she was new and her training did not serve its purpose if she had even gotten any. She was looking at some paper the entire time which slowed down everything even more. When she went to hand it to me it was something COMPLETELY different to what I had originally asked for. i politely asked her to remake it but she started making other peoples orders and took an extremely long time to make the second one. BUT THEN she had made the wrong drink AGAIN and at that point I was extremely late to my meeting and had no time for her to remake it for the third time. I walked out crying and extremely frustrated.
