Fortín de San Jerónimo del Boquerón is a historic site located in Puerto Rico that's definitely worth a visit. The fort, which dates back to the 17th century, has been well preserved and offers visitors a glimpse into Puerto Rico's colonial past. The site is situated on a hilltop and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the San Juan Bay.

The fort itself is quite small, but its architecture and construction are impressive. There are several rooms and chambers that visitors can explore, including the gunpowder room and the chapel. The fort's walls and ramparts are also impressive, and it's easy to imagine the soldiers who once manned them.

The site is well-maintained and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, offering insights into the fort's history and significance. There are also several informative displays and exhibits that provide context for the fort's role in Puerto Rico's colonial history.

Overall, Fortín de San Jerónimo del Boquerón is a must-see for anyone interested in history or architecture. Its picturesque setting and well-preserved structures make it a great place to spend a few hours exploring and learning about Puerto...

This building was worth talking a little walk to. I loved how there were openings under the bridge that allowed water to go in and crash, producing this calming swishing noise. If available you must stop by to...

It is difficult to get to and you must actually park at the hotel parking garage and wander over to where the fortress is. This is a great place to grow and there's nobody in that area cares. While the fortress is closed they are planning to finalize and reopen it...
