1.) Food good only when it's hot. Reason for one star is the attitude of one of the servers. She wears this fake smile all the time and seems to be the only one that's rude towards me when I come in. There was another time, I brought a new customer, and they literally served her cold food! Like, I thought this was a steam table? I asked the manager if she could please get hotter food and the manager said she could put it in the microwave at best. The microwave? I can now see why they have a CONDITIONAL PASS on the door. ) First of all youre never supposed to take food a customer has already eaten out of, and take it back behind the counter. The manager woman also just put the new noodles on top of the old stale noodles. I had to ask her to please take out the old noodles. That is a sanitation code violation. The manager eventually was willing to only give her fresh noodles after I practically begged her, but was not willing to replace the other 2 items which clearly had been sitting up for a while. 3.) Optimistically, and wanting to believe in these people, I gave the place another chance. Soon as I walked in, before I could even place my order, that rude woman with the fake smile says things to me condescendingly without my asking, such as "You can't change the food if it's not hot enough". Newsflash, I never asked you about changing the food. This is a new day. 4.) Rude, so I don't go here anymore now I go to another Chinese food restaurant, Happy Garden whom is happy to provide superior service, much better food, and service with a smile. Asia delight needs to work on their customer service and their food sanitation policies. I shouldn't have to beg a place for fresh food or to spend my money, plus I was never keen on the CONDITIONAL PASS they have on the door. I guess now I know why...
Read moreI generally don't go here, but tried it today. I had three separate orders. The woman in the pink Nike cap was rude from the beginning. This should have alerted me to turn & leave. The sweet/sour pork was almost gone, so I wanted to wait for a fresh batch. She said "no more." So for 2 orders I got something else. I ordered chicken won ton soup & fried wontons. When the soup came she was going to poke a hole in the top with a dirty toothpick she had on the counter! I stopped her, shocked that such a thing appeared to be normal to her! I paid almost $30 for this order. Its been my experience at other Chinese take out, that condiments came with each order. I requested sweet sauce for the won tons & soup, & 1 each for the other 2 orders, as well as 1 pk of soy sauce for the two orders. This woman told me that each sweet sauce was a dollar & that she was giving me the soy sauce "free!" After a bit of back & forth, she tossed the sweet sauce in my bag along with soy sauce & said I was getting it free! Then when my fried won tons were ready, she just handed me the slip bag they were in, as if I was to carry them barehanded! I asked for a small bag, that they are normally put in & she said "10 cents!" Unbelievable! I asked for a manager & she said "none." I asked her name & she refused. Then she began saying I got stuff for free! I almost put my stuff back on the counter & requested my $$ back. Instead, I paid the 10 cents, grabbed my stuff & left! Never go back to this...

They even charge me for extra sweet-and-sour even though I spent almost $14 on a plate like really you charge extra for the sweet-and-sour sauce and y’all only give out three napkins and a fork. What type of fast food service is this compared to the one in San Pablo San Pablo has more better customer service than the one in San leandro I’m about to pull. I’m about to post the food up in a minute and show you. It’s all about customer service if you want your customers to come and spend their money, you should give them extra stuff on our plate. It don’t make no sense for me to spend $13 so I gave this Asian delight, fast food restaurant a two store for bad customer service. I will never go there again. I rather go to the one on San Pablo by casino San Pablo. They have better customer service and they don’t charge extra for no sweet-and-sour and no soy sauce and they put more Chinese food in your container more...
