Whenever I'm around my boyfriend's place and I'm craving milk tea we go to this place. The drinks are actually better than what I expected. I would say it is comparable to Gong Cha. At this place you can choose your level of sweetness and ice for your drinks. The Grapefruit Royal Tea is really good! The Red Bean Milkshake was very disappointing. It lacked a red bean taste; all I could taste was just ice. The Basil Popcorn chicken is pretty good. The chicken is so soft! The Calamari is pretty good too. This is our go-to boba shop but recently discovered their foods too. We like this place for boba because they have a lot of non-caffeinated options for the kids. My daughter one day asked for the fried calamari and the lobster balls and now we sometimes hop over just for that and not the boba drinks. It’s clean and friendly staff. Horrible customer service. Called for a pick up order and then the lady hung up with me halfway through the call without even telling me how long the order would take. And then, when I arrived, they made me pay before I even received my drinks and then when I received my drinks one of the drinks was wrong.
