Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in San Marcos

Once I noticed these large discolored chunks of ice in 3 of the ice creams I asked the lady if it happened often and she just chuckled and didn’t respond and proceeded to pick out the chunks of ice and asked what kind we wanted.

I told her that is unsanitary and we left. I don’t fell comfortable eating that or letting my child eat that.

It looks like large chunks of this side freezer ice fall into the ice cream and probably melt in there with whatever germs are in there. With these Iarge chunks of ice, the workers just pick them out but clearly aren’t concerned and don’t stay in tip of it. That’s so unsanitary, gross.

I spoke to someone else and she said she looked at the chairs and tables and saw how much gunk and dirt were on them and she too left with her children without ordering.

I hope they clean up...

Buy one get one free 3 scoops? I do not think so!! I have been purchasing Baskin Robbins Ice Cream for years, & never have I received 1/2 scoop’s. Just placed same order the other day & it was fine….getting to the point of hanging up ordering through Uber Eats. I guess the promo is not really buy one get one free when the quantity is half!! Ordered through Uber Eats, not the drivers fault. Bussiness obviously does not care when they are clearly open and your call goes straight to a voicemail that is full. I am so tired of these companies taking advantage of the customer through delivery services. So disappointed! Get it together Baskin Robins! Do not offer a promo to only skimp on...

My top go to favorite ice cream spot since they have been open. I have a big sweet tooth so i will admit, i go pretty frequently. Coincidentally every time I go in I am served by Sophia. Best customer service, so polite/patient, always make me feel comfortable & always let me know I can try samples if I desire. I recommend & love a good brownie or layered sundae from here but also have gotten the fresh packed pints & quarts in my favorite flavors they offer specifically at Baskin Robbins. I have not had a bad experience here from any staff member & I never notice the establishment or the restrooms dirty. I really hope this Baskin Robbins stays in San Marcos. Keep up the great...
