Terrible service and very rude bartenders. Due to this I did not leave a tip and was then verbally and PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY A BARTENDER for not leaving a tip. She threw my glass full of ice on my face as I was walking out the door. According to another bartender and the bouncer, she is the manager. A complaint has been filed with TABC for assault by an employee. Do not expect to be treated as anything other than a drunk college kid if you go into this bar, no matter who you are. They do not have any idea about customer service or respect. The owners may be interested in addressing this abusive bartender and terrible staff, or maybe they don't care. I used to love this place until I witnessed a girl getting manhandled by two male workers to get her out. John and his coworker (who might be new) did not handle the situation well & could've done it differently without trying to snatch the girls belongings out of her hand & getting physical with her. Why would 2 grown men need to manhandle a small girl? I went to check up on the girl after and she had a nasty knot on her arm from how hard they grabbed her. Definitely will not be returning here if I see them working there! This is not a place I would feel safe being...
