Terrible Service. I should have listened to the comments, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. My screen had a crack, so i decided to go ahead and get it fixed ( Mind you no previous defects or malfunctions on my phone) They give you 2 options here either their 180 price for a non apple screen or a $300 or something like that Apple screen. I went with the 180 option but what they do not tell you is that their work is terrible or maybe it's the cheap phone screens they use. My front camera has been blurry ever since I cannot take selfies anymore. The phone heats up like crazy due to a bad screen, and the phone glitches and turns black ( but you can still hear calls and notifications come in) for a good amount of time, making my phone unusable for up to 2 hrs at a time.
I let them know about this issue over the phone a number of times. They gave me a new screen replacement again but the same issues kept persisting. I came in a number of times after that to try and get to the root of the issue but they kept claiming it to be a issue with my motherboard but claim is was not their screens issue ( after getting it fixed elsewhere I found out that was not the case it was indeed their bad screen repair) Anyways repair guy claims " it couldn't of been his screens issues because he sold the screen that gave my phone issues to someone else ( probably made them pay a different price) and that they had not come bad to complain when first of all if the part is defective why are you selling it again to someone who is unaware and is also hoping for a good screen replacement? Just save yourself the trouble the amount of time i wasted here is crazy and even after all that he still wanted me to pay another $140 ontop of my initial 180 for another screen replacement that is " better quality " which they do NOT offer initially when looking for...

They had my phone to replace the screen for almost two weeks, and still failed to do it. They gave me wrong information, conflicting information and conflicting quotes. They did not call or contact me once any time that they said they were going to. FOUR times I drove into town to pick up the phone that they told me was ready over the phone (when I called them after not hearing from them for days after it was supposed to be ready) only to find that it was not ready and they "uh, just need a couple more days- which phone is it?" If they had just said its not ready instead of lying about it over and over I would actually not be mad about waiting 2 weeks for a very simple repair. But repeatedly waisting my time telling me they would get it done and having me drive there to pick it up 4 separate occasions is utterly unacceptable. What a joke. I see that many reviewers have had a very similar experience. Today, they said it would be ready by noon "for real this time!". I went to pick it up at 2 and they had not put the new screen on. They said they could do so quickly but then the data transfer would take another several days. I just asked for my phone back, Im glad they didn't find time to put the new screen on anyway- every time i was in there at least one other customer was there because a newly replaced screen had broken soon after Mobil Phone Geeks installed it, they were always accusatory to the customer and offered no refund or repair for their poor work. I received my phone back, in working condition, and happily paid and exited the store. Now, I have been an employee for about a month. There have been significant instances where customers have not been satisfied with our services and just being a small time employee, I finally understand. Everyone expects us to be at top performance and to assist everyone in a PERFECTLY manageable amount of time. But this company is so small compared to Best Buy or (previously existant) Circuit City. Mobile Phone Geeks doesn't have all of the right answers. They aren't a perfect performing cooperation. They are people. We are people. And humans can only do so much or work at such a close perfect functionality. We cannot always cater to everyone needs. But we will always try our best to assist in every way we can.
