I come to this iHop quite a bit. I prefer this one to the one closer to my house because I just LOVE my regular server Bree. She is an absolute beast! Tonight was pretty busy with a large crowd and tables everywhere (and it was just her and one other server), and she kept her cool and worked as quickly as she could. There were guests getting up to knock on the kitchen door, asking for a server while Bree was in the dining room attending to SEVERAL tables, myself included. I am always amazed with how much she can juggle at once. I was a sever for the longest time, and I don't have the patience for that. She is always friendly and respectful, even when the guests are not. She is always trying to communicate with her tables, even when she is fairly busy, and I always appreciate that. Ive seen her work ethic, and I know that if I don't see her for a bit, it is because she is ACTIVELY working to get everything done. Hold on to this one!
I come here often enough to know that no matter how many servers are on the floor, if Bree is here, she is doing most of the work. In fact, I rarely stay if she is not working. My experiences with other servers has been lack luster, I have never had this issue with Bree. She keeps this ship...

The biscuit was oddly and disgustingly sweet, not in the sense that it had honey in it, but an off taste that I couldn't get rid of even after I brushed my teeth. The gravy didn't seem to be made from sausage or bacon fat but tasted like watered down packet gravy that no one should be subjected to.
Then we have the eggs, not just bland but either soaked in low quality butter or so mixed up in grill juice it tasted super fatty and not in a way that was at all appealing. The eggs and biscuits with gravy are perhaps the most gross combination I have ever tasted at a restaurant and I've traveled around the US and UK where I've eaten at plenty of diners and pubs.
The only things I took more than two bites of were the meat and potatoes which luckily weren't gross but were clearly low quality meats. I should have went to the breakfast store across the highway but I figured I'd give IHOP a chance after not having eaten at one in probably ten years. I still have a weird feeling in my mouth from the odd eggs four hours later and after I've...

No one warned us about it or said “watch your step,” and considering we were the only customers, there was no excuse for it to be left like that.
Our server, Jayana, provided some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. She forgot to ring up my husband’s food, then tried to blame the cook, even though we clearly saw her ring it in after my sister and I had already been served. When his waffles finally arrived, they were still raw in the middle. Absolutely unacceptable.
The mozzarella sticks we ordered were supposed to come with 6 but only came with 5 — normally I’d overlook something small like that, but combined with everything else, it was frustrating. She never refilled our drinks, never brought the water I requested with my coffee (which is usually standard), and never once checked on us. Instead, she spent the entire time on her phone.
To top it all off, she had the audacity to offer us a free milkshake — as if that made up for glass on the floor, raw food, and terrible service.
We will never return to...
