Terrible experience. I will not be returning to this store. I placed an order for a birthday cookie cake 10 days in advance, scheduled to be ready at a specific time, yet when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found in their online system. I ordered online specifically to avoid issues like this, so it’s hard to understand how this happened. The owner was unhelpful and merely asked if I wanted it delivered. I replied, “Are you going to deliver it to Stockton?” If we still had our local store, I wouldn’t have to come here after work to buy from this location. Completely unprofessional.
