"I recently hired Diamond bites for my BBQ party and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Not only did they arrive on time and get straight to work, but the communication leading up to the event was fantastic. Sepideh was always quick to respond and kept me updated on the progress of the preparations. The food itself was absolutely delicious. The meats were perfectly cooked and the sides were fresh and flavorful. The presentation was also very impressive. Throughout the event, the catering staff kept everything well-stocked and clean. I ordered food from Diamond Bites two weeks in advance for a gathering. Unfortunately, I had to cancel 2 days after I ordered due to an issue with the event, but when I contacted them, they refused to refund my money.

There was no mention anywhere (not in their menu, order form, texts, or phone conversation) about a no-refund or cancellation policy. I simply expected transparency, but instead, the person stopped responding after I pointed out that this kind of information should have been clearly written before taking orders.

Just a warning to others, ask about their refund and cancellation policy before placing any orders, because they don’t communicate it upfront. Very...

Diamond Bites catered our daughter's birthday this August 2023 and it was beyond fabulous. Not only is the food delicious but her attention to detail and presentation is key; her servers and staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Everyone just loved the food. It was fresh and very tasty and extremely generous portions. Many friends asked about the catering company we used Diamond Bites has a vast menu of choices from appetizers to main entre and they works with you to find just what you prefer.
