So it was Halloween and 2020 being like it has been we braved the day put on masks thinking we might find some Halloween related items. Evidently it’s Christmas at hobby lobby so nothing for Halloween. People might say well this has been stores for years but I ask why not leave the holiday up with some options at least until it’s over or at least a last minute craft display for kids. So let’s salvage the trip and check on some items for a big project. We went to the fabric section and waited patiently for the young lady helping another customer when she finished and passed us not even an acknowledgement. I spoke up that I was not sure what I need and she continued to walk away without acknowledgement. Glad that hobby lobby is not the only craft store in town because no matter how regular I am at a business I won’t repeat a visit to be ignored. If I can give you NO STARS I will. I just left from store a few minutes ago. I’m not happy with your customer service. I’m the people at last lines to checkout. The lines is really long. But I’m still fine to wait. That’s not my big deal. And then the young worker there tell me to come the next checkout. I just follow her whatever she say . And another old worker there come and talk to me like why you can come here before them. You have to go on the back . And I’m standing there like what I’m gonna do?. I’m so confused.
