Needed to get one of my ears repierced, and couldn't see paying an astronomical amount to do so, found out Five-Below does it for little to nothing! Unfortunately, the only store in the Greenville area that does piercing is in Anderson, which is approximately 50mins away from me, and there are ONLY TWO people there that does it!!! Between my schedule and trying to coordinate with the individuals who does the piercing, ended up being somewhat of a covert affair 😊 Thank goodness for the ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL manager there Cindy!! Each and everytime I called, she went above and beyond to help me arrange for my piercing. Needless to say when I finally went into the store and heard WELCOME TO 5-BELOW, I immediately smiled and said 'Hello Cindy' .... Though the piercing happened w/out any problems, it was the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that has me writing this review... Thanks again Cindy, for making the drive...

The cashier that rang us out has the best attitude and demeanor. She was friendly, bubbly and really cared to engage with us in a place where they really don’t engage. I wish I would have gotten her name and if she lived in Florida I’d be recruiting her to come work for me. Keep up the great work! This was Sunday 8/11/24 around 5:45PM. I love this store! I went for the first time and I had to look at everything. They have an excellent arts and crafts section...paint markers, acrylic paints, paint brushes, sketch pads and pencils and more, they have make up, clothing, swimming pool floats and toys, a large pet accessory and supply section, candy....great prices. If you haven't been you must...
