J.Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

I ate here for years and was good until today. I didn't like the way the sauce was mixed when I was shown. They argued with me and the older Asian male cashier even said "you either want it or you don't. Neeeexxxxttt!" I was like just combine the two like I asked. It was too much confusion and they didnt do it and left it there and would have ignored me completely. Then I realized I paid for a drink I didnt ask for and told them to take it off. Cashier said he couldn't and I was saying they usually dont mistake my order for a combo. He then hands me his phone and a lady was basically like "no we cant take off the soda you asked for a combo and there is nothing I can do I'm not there" I was like "so just hand each other the phone instead of dealing with issues?" I gave the cashier his phone back and the older Asian dude told me "its morning time and you complaining nobody wants to hear that." I told him to refund the soda and as he was about too he told me the price of order and would have charged me twice if I wasnt careful but I let him know I already paid. As he was going in the register the cashier and other Hispanic customers were talking about me in Spanish and laughing saying smart remarks. The older Asian guy said in a sarcastic way "here is your 50 cents." Like it wasnt a big deal. If that were the case then they should have just did that in the beginning instead of wasting all that time causing a scene being unprofessional. I would never get away with this type of behavior...

The wings were good. I had a ten piece combo; hot, all flat w. fries and a drink ($10.54) and my friend a ten piece combo; half lemon pepper half honey garlic, all drums w. fries and a drink ($10.54). The hot wings were pretty good I like how the sauce wasn't overbearingly hot. The fries were fresh and had a nice little crisp to them!! My friend loved the lemon pepper sauce but wasn't feeling the honey garlic which just comes into account for personal preference. The drinks were self serve. They had a wide variety of drink options such: fruit punch, peach, lemonade, tea, and coke products in the fountain. With all that being said the only thing that kept this from being a complete five star review was... customer service. I truly feel like when I go into an establishment I'm on my best behavior w. my thank you's, please, etc. But the customer service here was straight trash. No greetings, lack of patience, lack of communication skills, and lowkey just rude. I don't think it's a complete deal breaker for me because now I know what to expect and since the food was good (plus it's the closet wing joint to me) I'd...

The first time I went to this place I waited about 20 minutes for my food. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was lunch time. The second time I went I waited 30 minutes and then asked for my money back because the two orders ahead of me were still waiting. I got my money back and the lady at the register said, "Oh, wait, I didn't charge for your drink!" I told her, that was the least she could do was give me a free drink for my trouble. I vowed to never go back! I work in the area and this place is right down the street so against my better judgement I called to place an order. Before I did though, I went on google maps to be sure it was the right store, which it was. The lady on the phone told me it would be 15 minutes. I knew better than this so I made a stop first, to kill time. I get to the place about 30 minutes after I placed my order and what do you know...they don't have my order! I told her what my order was and she just shook her head no and asked me had I called the right place. Didn't offer to make the food, free food/drink or anything! Don't waste your time with...
