Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

Super disappointed in my experience. For reference, we have ordered many times from this location with no issues. This past Saturday was a disaster.

Placed order at 6:30pm and was quoted an hour. About an hour and 15 minutes pass, so we call again. Was told the order was picked up by DoorDash and should arrive soon. Waited another 30 minutes and did not receive anything.

Called back and they said since they use DoorDash to deliver (not by my choice), they had no way to track the order, and I had to call them myself. I did, and the woman at DoorDash could not get a hold of the driver. Asked if I wanted to cancel my order, I replied yes, and she said she would but had to transfer me back to Jet's for a refund.

This is where it gets super frustrating. I speak to the manager who confirms me original order was picked up but must have been stolen by the driver. He claimed there was another driver there already and they were remaking my order (not sure why I never got a call). I said this is fine; please still deliver. Another 30 minutes pass with nothing (he said it would be to me in 15 minutes). I call and speak with him again, and he tells me the second order was cancelled too since I cancelled the DoorDash order the first time?? Makes no sense, since he confirmed the 2nd order would make it to me despite the cancellation and supposedly had someone there waiting to send it to me.

After all this (3+ hours total) , I got a quick apology, $10 off my next order,...

I can't say enough good things about Jet's Pizza! This place is a hidden gem, and Michael's delivery service takes it to the next level.

The pizza at Jet's is consistently delicious, with a perfect balance of crust, sauce, and toppings. The quality of the ingredients really sets them apart. The variety on their menu ensures there's something for everyone, whether you're a fan of classic combinations or more adventurous flavors.

We got the 8 corner Veggie pizza and the Brownie plate. Came out to 35$ after tip and definitely worth it! It was enough to share it between 4 adults. The food was hot, fresh, and the pizza had crispy corners and soft centers. The brownie was also hot and fresh, made to order. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but would taste insane with some plain cold milk/ unsweetened vanilla ice cream. The service was also good but had a bit of a wait time (10-20 minutes) as everything was made to order, freshly.
