This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve picked up my mobile order like this, the pics will show that you can’t put whip cream in a cup with a flat lid. Soo, although I’ve drank most of my beverage, you can clearly see where my straw is, the type of lid used, what was supposed to be in my beverage. They did add caramel drizzle, but I guess they decided not to put whip cream on it. Wasn’t aware they had that choice but, no need in paying $15 for drinks & a sandwich for them not to be made the way I’m paying for them to be made..
UPDATE: 5/28/2021 0955am Mistakenly made another mobile order. Arrived on time, clearly saw my drink was already made when I walked in, I could see my name lol. I patiently waited for anyone to greet me, at least speak. No one acknowledged my presence & after 3mins of standing around I asked the woman making drinks for my order. She hands me the drink & says food will be out soon (1 sandwich & danish). Waited bout another 5m, watching the guy with food drop off at the window, drop off at the mobile stand. I don’t like interrupting people especially whether working, but after continuing to wait with no one making an attempt to check back in with me, I abruptly asked if my food was still being made. The same woman turns around directly behind her and pulls my food out of the bin that is supposed to be for drive-through orders. Said nothing else to me and I walked out. Not sure what has happened to everyone’s social skills & manners during quarantine, but since the businesses don’t care...
Read moreI can honestly say this is the best Starbucks I’ve been too in my life. The people are extraordinary here with the customer service and the attention they give to each customer. I am in awe because I’ve never got treatment like this from a store. Michael, Shante, and Kayla has really been absolutely divine. Amongst other workers as well. I am just in disbelief of the customer service here. I mean let’s be honest I get okay service at Starbucks some times nice service, I even get exceptional service at times. But the service at this store is beyond extraordinary. If I was an owner this would be the store I’d like the locations to model. It doesn’t get any better than this. The customer service really makes all the difference. Thank you so much for everything you guys do. I am so grateful! It’s those small things that matter and you guys have shown that consistently with kindness, compassion, and the willingness to duplicate any drink for us nondairy drinkers. It honestly makes a bad morning a wonderful day. A long stressful day magically turns into happiness!
Sincerely, A true...
Read moreI don’t often write reviews but my experience at this Starbucks location prompted me to.
My family and I decidedly to quickly recognize my son’s birthday by getting him a few pastries up the street. My wife thought it would be nice to get a coffee and sing him happy birthday - nothing major, just in and out as we were headed to the Atl United game.
Upon arrival, I was told we couldn’t use the restroom without making a purchase (that’s understandable). While in the rest room, one of the baristas told my kids that they were not allowed to eat the pastries on site. My wife let the barista know that we had made a purchase and that it wasn’t anything major. The barista insisted that this was a “new rule” and that the box has to be closed.
This was unfortunate as it was my son’s birthday and again, we weren’t attracting any attention or having a full course meal. I understand establishments have rules but I believe there is a way to address rules while having empathy and a sense of customer service.
We ultimately decided to leave and will never use this...
