I am a local- I go to this location at least weekly not because it is right by my house, but because the staff is so kind! The location is in a great spot, it's always clean, I can tell the staff cares for the inside of the shop and it makes me comfortable that they care so much. I am so excited when I get to meet new broista faces and I love to see my regular friends!
I LOVE how personable everyone is, and although the staff changes here and there- EVERY single employee is so sweet and caring and goes above and beyond for each person in line. I can literally talk to the staff about anything! They love to interact with their customers and that is so important.
Dutch Bros is my safe place- I cannot speak more highly of Dutch Bros in general. Their atmosphere is great and I always know whoever is in the car with me can will get something that sounds good to them- even if it isn't coffee based. I would love to see a matcha tea there someday, but my coffee is always tasty and their new drinks are always fun. Being in marketing, I love great branding and this place always has the coolest signage. The free stickers on the first Wednesday are always so rad and I love collecting them!
I brought my parents through a while ago and they were so impressed by the amazing customer service and even though they aren't coffee drinkers, they were able to enjoy hot chocolate with a variety of flavors- which are to die for! In addition, my partner is diabetic- they have great drinks even for him. Their app is great and I love to scroll through their endless drink options.
I appreciate the attention to detail from the corporate world down to the individual stores. Each team seems so on board and excited to work with each other. The drinks are also very well planned- you can tell that even drinks that aren't coffee based are well thought out and optimized...
Read moreDutch Bros was a revelation to me. They built a new shop not far from my home a while back, but every time I drove past, both of the drive-thru lines were long, so I never stopped in.
One day, on the way to my therapist's office, I realized I desperately needed another cup of coffee. I was ahead of schedule, so into the drive-thru I went. Well, guess what? Dutch Bros moves people through their drive-thru lanes with remarkable speed and efficiency. They have greeters who come outside to work the lines, taking orders and usually collecting payment at the same time. And these greeters are remarkable people. They speak with you like they're actually happy to see you, chatting you up and asking about your day. Every, last, one of them. I've yet to encounter anyone at Dutch Bros who wasn't oozing sunshine. You actually WANT to tip them!
In record time you have moved to the pick-up window where, nine times out of ten, your order is waiting. And the beverages they offer are divine. Since this is no ordinary place, Dutch Bros beverages don't have ordinary names, but the greeters are well-trained, and if you tell them what you're after, they'll translate it into Dutch Bros' lingo for you. My go-to, the caramel macchiato, translates into the Golden Eagle, which has an indescribable smoothness to it. And they're not all about coffee either; their menu is quite broad and changes with the season. There is truly something for everyone.
Dutch Bros is now a regular stop for me. It always feels like I'm stopping by a friend's house for a quick cup. In hopes of spreading the word, more than a few family members and friends are receiving Dutch Bros gift cards for Christmas this year. If you haven't tried them already, take a chance...
Read moreFrom the blaring music that makes it impossible to order to the inconsistent ordering/product experience I really don't recommend this place. Their drinks are good when they make them right. There is never a right way to order drinks and get the same thing every time. I order a Picture Perfect. It does not come with whip cream. I know this because they ask if I want whip. I started saying "No Whip" at the end of my order and they immediately corrected me and said "It doesn't come with whip, you don't need to say it".
They had good people before, they still have a few and I love them. They've steadily lost the people that cared about doing a good job over the last year or so. Management must be awful to produce such a chaotic and undesirable customer experience.
I've had to learn how the drinks are made and dictate them in an itemized way such that they've asked if I work for their company... I don't, I just can't get them to do the drinks right when I order it from the menu.
I've given them a lot of chances and talked to the manager before. He left recently and it's just gone off the rails since.
Note for Dutch Bros: I'm not contacting customer support for a pattern of experiences years long. You've tipped from "Barely Worth It" to "Not really worth it" in my mind. This isn't even a single...
