Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Sandy

I called Papa Murphy’s in Union Square in Sandy Utah and inquired if they honored $10 Tuesdays. The worker answered yes and I then gave him my order. When I arrived to pick it up, Aiden charged me $14.75 which included an additional topping even though there was only one topping on half the pizza. He said they honor $12 Tuesdays dispite the fact I had been told $10. It would have been ok if I had not been told the wrong price. Three employees stood there, two of them young men, so one of them wasn’t honest enough to admit he had misquoted the price on the phone. If I owned this pizza shop, I would tell my employees to honor the quote given even if it is misquoted as in my case or at least offer another dollar or two off to try to make up their error. Papa Murphy's has delicious pizza that is very customizable. You do have to take the pizza home and cook it yourself, but the directions are simple and the pizza is hot when you want to eat it.

There has only been one time at this Papa Murphy's location that I have had any problem with my order. The manager listened to the problem and made the situation right beyond what was necessary.

I highly recommend upgrading to a family size pizza because you get a lot more pizza for a little amount of money. I also suggest getting the Chicken Bacon Stuffed pizza but switch out the onions for pineapple. It is simply delicious.

Horrible horrible service. I ordered a pizza through the app to be delivered from door dash. I received the pizza and half the toppings that were supposed to be on there were not. I called the store only to be talking to high school boys that were extremely rude telling me the only thing they can do is have me bring the pizza in (I ordered it through door dash as I have a 6 month old baby & a 2.5 year old & my husband is at work) and they could put the toppings on that pizza.
