Me and my best friend went there and the food was disgusting. Terrible meat yet they claim it was made only a few hours ago dry and chewy, asked for no pico and they put nothing on our burritos. The customer service was terrible as well. They were so rude when we first pulled up. And when I tried to call them very nicely might I add they were dismissive and did not care. He seemed like it was my fault he made the food so awful. I have always loved rancheros because of their giant gurthy THICK burritos. Let me tell you how small these burritos were they were smaller than my hand. smaller than an ant, smaller than a fly on the wall of that dingy place. They put my pickled carrots in a bag that I could not even open without ripping the whole thing open. I was PARCHED as one may say, so I decided I wanted something to drink. I wanted a Sprite and lo and behold, The sprite was four whole dollars and let me tell you the size of that sprite was not worth that amount of money. Let’s just say, I’m not mad! Just disappointed.

Disgusting. Ordered 2 Carne asada fries plates and both came with rotten sour cream. I went home from that store and it's too far to go back as it was on my way home from work. I spent nearly 30 dollars for inedible. I've had such a rough few days that I was really looking forward to this... I called to ask if there was anything I could do to get reimbursed, and they hung up on me after claiming they would get their manager. I called once more and they hung up on me again. The third time I called, the line made a disconnected sound so I can only assume they cut off their phone lines or they blocked me. I've never had such an experience with rancheritos.... im really disappointed. Sour cream should not crumble and taste sour...

Disgusting. Ordered 2 Carne asada fries plates and both came with rotten sour cream. I went home from that store and it's too far to go back as it was on my way home from work. "Spoiled beans, Hair served in food and BUGs in their food!! I have been going here for several years and the last year and half has been terrible! About a year and half ago I ordered rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole from the drive thru and I looked when I pulled away and saw there was a hair in my food. I immediately turned around went back to the drive thru and told them about the hair in the food. They scooped the hair out and and gave me the same tray of food back. ugh! I told myself I will never go back again.

Its just hair, right?! So I went back a year later because a friend wanted to go there. I ordered rolled tacos (again) and my friend ordered rolled tacos with rice and beans. I notice that my beans were not tasting the greatest and had my friend try it and he said my beans were spoiled, sour tasting and his beans were just fine. UGH! (and we ordered at the same time)

Well, I am obviously a forgiver and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. 5 months later, I went back a few days ago and ordered rolled tacos (again) with guacamole and lettuce. As I was almost finished with my food, I had a bad taste of lettuce in my mouth, I looked down and I saw a BUG IN MY FOOD! I wish I had taken a picture but I was so mad and frustrated that I was busy trying to rinse my mouth and not gag and throw up!

Needless to say! I am NEVER going back again. I would not recommend this place and if you decide to go,...

I have been to this location numerous times over the years as it is close to where I live. Each time I disappointed and shocked that the gentleman, who seems to be the owner, get's more rude. The rest of the staff there seem decent but I strongly feel he should not be allowed to interact with the public as he has NO people skills. He acts "put out" if you ask him for anything extra. I always request extra green sauce and gladly pay the additional charge for it. With out fail each time as I drive away and look in my bag there is just the standard 2 green and 2 red sauce. Because of this I have started looking before I leave, call it to his attention and he begrudgingly will give me what I have asked and paid for. Today was the final straw. I asked and paid for an additional 8 green and 4 red, when I check the bag there is only 2 of each. So I let him know and tell him exactly how many. He proceeds to give me and additional 2 or each. I let him know I need 4 more of the green. He gets huffy with me and hastily puts them in my hand. Because of how he did it one of them fell to the ground. He looks at me and slams the window. I will NEVER go there again...
