Ugh. I've just had the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.
Tried to use a physical coupon. She tells me it's expired. Ok my fault. I go "Oh most apps (Wendy's, Mc Donald's) have a load coupon option and I have the app" to find out all deals on app are mobile order only by the employee informing me after giving an irritated sigh. So no deal for me but the sandwiches are already made so I reluctantly pay.
Get home to find out that their toaster oven must not be working because my sandwiches are cold and not toasted. I watched the employee put it in the toaster and it had the timer like it usually does. So I do the reasonable thing and try to call Subways to let them know it's broken. Phone number not working.
I try to Submit a ticket via their GuestCare to let them know how it went. It wants information on my receipt. I never got my receipt. It was never offered to me or handed to me. It REQUIRES information from the receipt to send in a response. So I can't let them know of the issues I've encountered.

Read moreMy husband and I ordered on the app and got curbside and we got there fairly early, we were waiting patiently. We were the only car there(on a Sunday at 7). My husband got a veggie delight with add-one and I got a BLT with add-ons. We were both tired from being out almost all day, we got the food and headed home. By the time we got home and opened our food, there were about 3-4 HANDFULS of jalapeños per sandwich(both footlongs). We didn’t order ANY jalapeños and my husband can’t even handle it with taking the jalapeños off. I don’t know if they got our order mixed up with another or they’re punishing us for ordering? It was diabolical and can become a serious health risk especially for those allergic or serious spice issues. This was not ok. Read moreArrived to the location 5 mins before closing hoping to quickly grab a sandwich for the three of my hungry kids and literally as I reached for the door handle this employee by the name of Monique came and stopped us from opening and locked the door on us. Without any respect or courtesy, we were totally shut out as paying customers, despite that there were other customers inside still being served in line. I couldn't believe how rudely treated that was as I stood there with my family being refused while everybody inside looked on. A couple walked out of the place soon after getting their food and talked to me about how they themselves couldn't believe how rude that was and told me about how they felt we shouldn't have been denied and that we should ask them to let us in.
