I questioned the consistency of the sushi cuts. I stop in 3 times a week. Most times with 3 or 4 friends. However the last couple times my cuts where paper thin. So I questioned it and was told not to worry. And they would remove from bill, I told them that was not necessary, I have pictures of some nice servings of 8 pieces hanging over the tray and 2 times there was enough room to double up on the same tray. I have no problem spending on quality however Just be consistent on the cuts or at least somewhat close.
Now they decided because I questioned them they no longer feel comfortable serving us. Lol. Well maybe celery city should weigh their portions and stick to it. The celery cigar bar and Jimmy are among the best, enjoy, Jimmy your great, you should teach the owner and or management how to take care of customers. SUSHI management or owner When someone complains about a product you should look in to it and try to resolve it. Not take offense and tell your customers it is expensive to waste and you don't want to serve them anymore.
Kama Toro which is a cheek cut, sekami is a med quality cut of the tuna and based on color of what's being served it appears to be one of these cuts. Muguro,Akami.and Toro cuts would be used as higher quality cuts. Are served at better sushi restaurants ChuToro or Otero are the highest of quality and the best flavors and very difficult to fine due to cost. The average price for fillet sushi grade runs about 3.00 to 4.00 dollars for two pieces at most sushi outlets

Read moreCannot say enough good things about this place. Y'all were all amazing! Went there to celebrate my husband's birthday with family, and we all had a blast! It's such an awesome vibe. Very chill. Like if we were chillin' in our own backyard kind of feel. Live music. The gentleman singing had a great voice. The food was top-notch. We had tuna nachos, a bowl, and wings. We ALL agreed that all the food was very delicious. We stuck with ordering our drinks from Philip, who was the outside bartender. He is such a cool guy. He made sure we were taken care of and, after a few rounds, already knew what we were ordering and had them ready by the time we reached the front of the line. Watched the Georgia football game and just chilled with our drinks and great food. Couldn't have asked for a better birthday for my husband....
Read moreSaturday afternoons and nights are rockin' at Celery City. Having an cadre of food trucks lined up for your culinary pleasure doesn't hurt the experience. This place has a huge outdoor area with picnic table seating that seems to accommodate hundreds. It is also family/kid friendly outside. Visits during a weekday afternoon are a chill. If you enjoy craft beers, they have an impressive selection that rotates frequently and tastes fresh. They also offer mixed drinks. The place appears to be well managed, the service is good and the bartenders knowledgeable about the beers on tap and are quick to offer suggestions if you can't decide. All you need to do is give them a clue as to what types or tastes you enjoy. This is not a brewery so there is no pressure to order their brews. Try it out and...
