I got the 'Mother Earth' sandwich. Bread was tastey, warm, fluffy, crispy and fresh and had a hint of buttered taste. Veggies crispy and full of flavor, cheese was yummy, sauces were spot on. It might look like it tastes like plain irganic spinach, but I was wrong. My mouth is watering thinking about the huge sammich... it was better than any subway, submarina, Jersey Mike's by a landslide. But I still love submarina. Portion is big! However, I decided to try the "Godfather" sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of ingredients. The sandwich was toasted, which added a nice touch and I was impressed with the amount of veggies and dressing that was piled on top of it. Even though it was only 7 inches, the sandwich was hefty and packed a punch with its robust flavor. Although I still believe that $15 is expensive for a sandwich, I can understand and respect the justification...
