Will be coming back again!
Food | 4.8/5 | Portions were generous. Savory and sweet items were equally flavorful.
Lobster Benedict - 5/5 | I'd recommend this especially if you want a heartier meal. They don't skimp out on the lobster at all. Hollandaise was on point. You can get your poached eggs easy/medium but easy was not even that runny so I'd recommend easy if that's what you like. It comes with a fruit salad cup and potatoes. The potatoes aren't crispy but they tasted great.
Banana Kalua French Toast - 4.5/5 | I'm a sweets lover and let me tell you this is DRENCHED, or actually swimming in a pool Kalua glaze goodness. Some might love this because I'm always wanting more sauce in my food and to some reading this you might hate it excessively saucy food but I didn't mind it at all. This is a sweet (not balanced) breakfast item. To more accurately describe this item, it's is a French toast foster with a few banana slices. The Kalua glaze isn't just sweet. It has depth and complexity with the Kalua. With that being said, I will be ordering this again but maybe to share and not as a stand-alone breakfast item.
Service |5/5| I came at 8:30am on Sunday and waited in a small line at the counter. By 9am they had people waiting outside and would let one party in at a time to continue to the indoor line so the dining room wasn't crowding diners and staff. I appreciate this but this is your warning of how busy it can get. I really appreciate their attempt for efficiency as they have someone taking your drink order as the party ahead is ordering food. This is not a full service, you seat yourself and servers really just come to bring you your food. You can get your own water from a drink dispenser. Order online is only for Tuesday - Thursday's.
Ambiance |5/5| It's a bright, upbeat breakfast spot with a beach view. The music is on point and hip. Staff are high energy and enthusiastic and they run a very efficient ship for how busy it gets. Lots of high/low patio tables and indoor seating by windows. They have a little section to shop beach towels, hats, soaps, and some trinkets.

Read moreWe’ve always enjoyed Jeannie’s (Montecito, downtown SB and even a few times now at the new location across from the wharf) but today left me very unimpressed. The service is always kind and thoughtful here. So that’s good. Today I ordered two eggs and hash browns. The whites were cooked, the yolk still runny—all okay, but I hate getting eggs shaped like cartoon food. I imagine a plastic egg holder put into a microwave offering no flavor, no crisp edges. And the hash browns were soggy, oily. The cost for a regular coffee, two eggs and oily hash browns: over $20. Gosh, I understand about inflation issues, and that Mondays can be off days for a restaurant, but even the sourdough toast was undercooked, and ALL of it cool on arrival, cold a few minutes later. I was visiting a friend and so our conversation was hard to interrupt so I might ask for at least cooked toast. And so I was stuck with an overpriced Denny’s special. And my god, can this town not manage vegan. Vegan is not leaving something out to offer something bland. It is a nuanced and layered food experience often better than butter/milk/meat laden offerings. It is not overpriced avocado toast either. Ugh! This restaurant is definitely not suitable for those needing or wanting to be plant based. Today’s meal was stunningly underwhelming, but I gave 4 stars because the location is nice. Tourist will like it. It’s definitely a tourist experience. I am not likely to return, which is sad—I have loved this place...
Read moreNOT A RESTURANT. DO NOT BE FOOLED You Walk up to the door someone gives u a number and the menu. Then you go up to the cashier and order food at the cashier. The Cashier tells you to read the screen prompt. It says Do you want to TIP? I haven't even gotten my food or gotten any service and they already want me to pay a tip. The total came out to 35 dollars for Eggs Benedict and French toast SMH You then take the number to a Table. Wait patiently while Workers give you your food. The Benedict was RE HEATED. The ham on it was too hard the eggs were cold and the sauce was warm. The French toast. SMH. I I don't know what the hell i ordered but i didn't get no Fresh French Toast. I got 4 slices of bread Re Heated. with straw berries on top to make it seem fresh. Poured the syrup on it to some what make it a better dish. Then i realized there was some sort of Lemon zest or some sort of additive on it. I walked out so pissed off. Dennys was across the street. They had better food left over night that was eatable.
