They ate one or two slices of my pizza before even delivering it to me. The staff that answered my call laughed about it and responded in a way that made me feel as though they were in on some sort of little in-house joke with other employees on this. Secondly the manager was a jerk. He was very pushy and not willing to refund my money or credit me for my pizza that somebody had clearly touched and taken food from before delivering forcing me into the uncomfortable position of having to wait for a pizza Exchange. Me and my guests each while we waited the half an hour plus for the new pizza to arrive. The driver came back with a frustrated and angry attitude upset that we had eaten some pizza. I don't see any reason why three adults should have to wait in additional 30 45 minutes for a new pizza to arrive after having one in front of them and whatever so we ate. Either way I would never eat there again and highly recommend nobody order the delivery from them. Here's a picture how the pizza arrived you can see it's a little bit slid to the side but when trying to slide the pizza back together and make it a whole pizza it would not do that and was clear that one or two slices of the pizza I'm going to taken. As well as a picture of what was returned. As they insisted upon returning the original pizza . The delivery guy was also aggressive and threatening with his behavior both at my door and walking out the yard making a loud aggressive scene. Almost worth a 911 call. I would really not get a delivery from these people...

YOU DIDN'T EVEN SAY WHAT YOU WANT ON YOUR PIZZA. I think it would be nicer to ask WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ON YOUR PIZZA? I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 large salad trip and TEN wings. When we picked up the food my daughter counted the wings and there were 9 plus a bone. When we told them they offered a salad instead. We paid for 10 we want 10. My daughter and I ate 2 each but couldn't finish the rest because we both got so sick...she was very hot and sweaty, got the runs and threw up. She threw up more than 3 times after we got home. I blame the wings because after our friend saw how we got sick she stopped biting at 1 wing she started eating. Our friend went to pick up the beer pitcher we bought after we placed the order and she heard the people behind the counter talking about the 9 chicken wings. Please teach your employees better customer service and I hope we are mistaken at thinking they put something on the wings to make us...

For years you would call and a useless AI assistant would ask you "pickup or delivery" and then transfer you to an actual person who would immediately ask you the same thing, who I might add was always very rude. Instead of getting rid of the useless AI they've gone the opposite direction, where it is now impossible to talk to a real person and takes 15 minutes to order a pizza through chat gpt. Last time I had to end the call and call back three times because the ai kept thinking I was trying to order two pizzas when I wanted two separate toppings on each half. Add onto this that we have dogs and have asked every time for the delivery driver to text us on his way up, and out of maybe 50 deliveries we've gotten a call maybe 3 times. I love the pizza but it's just not worth it, I'd rather support a place that supports its employees, not one that tries to use AI to fix their...
