Delicious Pizza and Friendly Staff, but an Opportunity to Improve Customer Service I want to share my recent experience in the hope it helps improve customer service while continuing to make this a go-to spot for great pizza. Pizzas here are absolutely delicious! It is hard to find a place that gets it just right, and we will definitely be coming back because of the quality of the food. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, during our visit, we had to wait 40 minutes for our pizza, which was much longer than expected. I noticed other families receiving their food within 10–15 minutes, and while the staff explained that Uber Eats orders were the reason for delays, there was no heads-up when we ordered that it might take longer. A quick warning would have made a big difference, as it would have allowed us to plan accordingly. The wait was particularly challenging because I had my little son with me. He didn’t eat on time, which threw off his bedtime schedule, making for a long night for us. I asked for a small gesture—a complimentary cookie for my son to recognize his patience—but the response felt dismissive. I completely understand that policies are in place, but small gestures like that can go a long way for a tired mom who just needed something small and nice to brighten the evening after an unexpected delay. I want to emphasize that my intention is not to hurt this business in any way—I truly love the food here and look forward to returning. I’m sharing this feedback as an opportunity for growth, as small adjustments in communication and empathy can really enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to continue enjoying your wonderful pizzas...

Affordable, delicious, and very quick service – what more could you ask for? This is an excellent Napoleon style pizza restaurant located just off the main strip in Santa Barbara. The pizzas here are absolutely delicious and considering they’re not as expensive as other nearby restaurants this is an absolute bargain. We came here because we didn’t want to spend $100 for a quick lunch and we left very impressed.

This restaurant has a good variety of specialty pizzas with thin and crunchy crust. They have pizzas such as the margarita and others that are more special, such as mushooms and lemon and other unique items. They also sell beer and wine here which is a plus.

This restaurant is hidden and from the outside looks like a hole in the wall, but they actually have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s in a quiet tucked away spot, so it’s actually pretty peaceful. Everybody that worked here was very friendly and we really enjoyed our visit here.

If you’re looking for something very good and don’t feel like spending $100+ for the same type of food nearby, I absolutely recommend...

Saint Bibiana is a great spot for a quick bite and some elevated comfort food in a cozy, modern setting. We stopped by and ordered the whole Lemon Mushroom Pizza 🍋🍄 — super unique and flavorful! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the citrus twist gave it a refreshing touch.

That said, we felt the toppings were on the lighter side compared to the price. If you’re big on generous portions, just keep that in mind.

✨ The vibe is chill, service is friendly, and the quality of ingredients really stands out. A great place for a casual lunch or relaxed dinner that still feels a little upscale.

Best pizza I've had in a long time, and most definitely the best in SB. Every bite feels like an expierience you gotta sit back from and appreciate the flavors and textures. I tried the sausage, the pepperoni, a combo of those two, and the lemon mushroom just last night. Everything is amazing. Even the ranch, (and I'm just as picky about that as I am about Italian food) it's not needed, but just adds another level of flavor. The chef is a very kind soul and makes their food with love and a passion that certainly shows through in everyway. I'm trying not to eat pizza everyday now. If you haven't been here yet, you need to find out what you've been missing.
