Went to the store and got a pair of shoes after a very long time because of bad service and had to rush out to make a bus. When I checked on the bus to check out my new shoes I realized there was only one shoe in the box. Now being a student in unable to go back to the store so I called them and asked for them to send the shoe to me as it is 100% their fault for taking the box and only putting one shoe in and I thought that they would realize that there was a shoe in the store without a pair (because I had bought it). In the call they were very rude and although I had a receipt they refused to check the store for a shoe without a pair and now I spent 60 dollars on one shoe due to their error. So we took her old Van's in and she was able to not only match her old shoe but they had it in her size as well.. the staff are on it. We were in and out super fast. So while she shopped I was checking out the new styles and I was impressed with what Van's has done and what the store had in stock.. I'm pretty sure they have every style Van's that's on the market.. the shop is small but they managed to pack in a ton of inventory in it.. if your down that way go check it out.. lots of fun...
