I had ordered a cake here for the first time because of the good reviews for my daughter and called four days ahead of time. When I scheduled to pick up the cake, it still wasn't ready; they didn't even have my information on the system, so they had zero clue who I was. Not only that, when opening the box to see what the cake looked they didn't do it the way I requested; even with a picture sent to them of part of the cake, they charged me extra for dumb cherries and chocolate syrup; the cake had no cherries!! I asked her where are the cherries. She said she was going to check. Came back with âOh yeah, we ran out.â I was upset because they had to charge me more for that, and she asked me if I wanted strawberries. I told her no! If it weren't for me informing her, I wouldn't have gotten a portion of my money back. I was so disappointed; what is the purpose of calling the head of time to place the order if you don't have the ingredients available? Besides the lousy service, the cake was sour; that's not authentic Tress Leeches cake; the cake was dry as hell. I'm still trying to grasp why SCV thinks this place is good;...
Read moreI love this bakery for their unique taste. I believe their Chocolate Chip Muffins are great, not only in flavor but also in size. Also their Conchas is a must buy. Let me warn you that although a quick trip here could sometimes be more $$ then what you first though of spending, it is still worth it.
Im have never been satisfied with their hours but I had to get used to them somehow. Staff here is always friendly, except for one young lady that I dont see much anymore.
JAZMINS a very bussy bakery, most regular customers know the best time to come in order to receive the "bolillos, birotes" warm and very soft just out of the oven. If you do get here during this time, in my opinion, you feel as if you just won a jackpot!!!! I can guarantee you that once home, anyone who hears the news about the fresh bolillos will gladly take one while having a smile in...
Read moreCome in here before a few times, usually a really cool staff and willing to help and they usually have nice thick tamales. I go into there today and they have nothing I asked for and when I asked if they at least had creme brulee it was a at this point as expected, no. I had said well that's the main reason I came here the cashier said let me ask in the back if they can make it, she immediately comes back out and says no. If you're a restaurant, bakery, any form of food service you should make what the customer is requesting regardless of the time especially if they're willing to wait. Plus the tamale was really lacking stuff, still good though I will give them that. Hope the next time I go in there you will have what you're advertising or at least have a legitimate reason to why you...
