This was my first time coming to this business. I asked for 2 dozen random assorted but majority needing to be red velvet. The cashier said you want 2 bundtlet bundles assuming I knew what that was. I asked if that was a dozen and she said yes giving an attitude. She then asked for what flavors and I said random assorted but majority red velvet. She then asked for quantities and I said 6 red velvet and random assorted. She then put 6 confetti, 6 red velvet, 6 strawberries and cream, and 6 white white chocolate raspberry as my order. I looked in the display case and saw 10 flavors. I asked you're going to give me assorted flavors cause I see 10 and Ashley replied yes. I get my order assuming I have assorted flavors. I get home and look at the order and I see what she put on the order/receipt. I am so dissatisfied with Ashley and this establishment that I will most likely never shop with nothing bundt cakes, and it felt like she did not want to serve me. She was nice with other customers except. I should've gone to a donut shop instead cause at least they could listen to directions of 2...

Cause their signature cream cheese frosting is literally on everything and it overpowers a lot of the flavors they present, thankfully they allow some minor customization. The pop up flavors have definitely been hit or miss, but I'm glad they're expanding their flavor profiles, even if it is on a month to month base. I still think they are missing the opportunity to enhance their flavors with their basic frosting. Don't be like Cinnabon and just add toppings on top and market it as something it really isn't. Perfect example is their peppermint...
Read moreCakes here are great and I’m glad that they now offer a light drizzle. My problem lies with the outrageous prices being charged for theses cakes. $34 for a cake weighing little more than a pound smells a lot like corporate greed and then to charge an additional $1.21 service fee when I purchased it through your corporate website is literally the icing on the cake. Not sure if buying anything other than a 10 inch cake at your place makes sense. Also, beware of the serving suggestions for their cakes— because they are so small the 8 inch will only serve 8 people if you give everyone a sliver. Same goes for the 10 inch (18 people is an...
