Subway — Restaurant in Santa Cruz

Went in today 7/9/23 at around 7pm-7:10pm and the girl working at that day and time was extremely rude! Didnt know how to make any sandwiches and kept saying she was new. Upon paying , instead of charging us for just the sandwiches that we got she wanted to charge us for a combo. Instead of charging us correctly she tells us she doesnt know how to do that and that we have to pay the over charge if we want the food. Went there yesterday on Sunday Sept 22 at around 2:30pm with my child. Older short woman finished serving a group of three and then proceeded to ignore us. We were the only ones in the store. We stood in front of her at the counter looking at her with no one else in the store thinking she was just cleaning up to take our order. Estefania was so helpful and kind! I had a few questions before ordering and she made sure to find out for me instead of saying “I don’t know,” or brushing me off, even though the line was building. I didn’t catch the other girl’s name but she was also super helpful and I can tell she was really trying to be fast and efficient, but she still made the sandwiches well and labeled them and everything.
