Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Amazing!!!

I have been wanting to try these Bundt cakes since I saw the sign for the store that said “coming soon”. My dad who works nearby brought a bundlet home a week ago for my daughter who was home sick and once we tried it we instantly fell in love. Today I went in with my brother who wanted a different flavor than I wanted. Luckily we were greeted by the owner (I believe), who not only briefly went over the menu with us and all the great flavors they offer but she also made sure we both walked out with the perfect cake for each of us. When it was time to pay I pulled my wallet out and she said “oh no don’t worry about it, it’s on me today just come back and tell me how you liked them.” I was shocked, it’s been so long since I’ve been to any place of business where the owner or employee has gone ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations. What a great reminder that we do still have generous and kind people in this world who are appreciative of their customers and making a difference for people in our community. She absolutely made my whole week! Not only are the cakes amazing but the service is more than amazing. So far the flavors of Bundt Cakes I’ve tried are snickerdoodle, carrot cake and the chocolate chocolate chip. I can’t wait...

If I could give this a 50 star review - I WOULD! Maddie and team provided the best damn service I’ve ever received. Forget the cakes - the customer experience was 100/10. She went out of her way to package a gift I was ordering for an important person, type a personalized letter to attach to the gift, and walk me through everything I needed for things to go off without a hitch.

Despite the fact that I’m not a local - I plan on ordering more cakes from this location just so I can experience this top-tier service once again....

I stumbled across this business walking out of Party City. I was immediately greeted with warm smiling faces. The lady gave my son a sample of the cake to try to see if he wanted that for his birthday cake. I ended up purchasing the 8" lemon raspberry & it was phenomenal. The cake was fresh & moist with the perfect amount of icing. I didn't get a picture of it but it was cute also! They also gave me a 10% discount because I'm a nurse at Christus ❤️ great job...
